once i asked my students, what is destiny?
some said it is a matter of chance. some said a matter of choice. others said both.
i told them, destiny is not a matter of chance or choice. destiny is mass per unit volume.
of course no one laughed. it was too corny for them.

It was corny but it had the cadence of a joke. Haha! I find myself wondering what happened when you said that. I'll bet an awkward silence.
so i'm guessign your a teacher or professor since you mentioned in your entry that you have students. nice!
